Wrap one of those around your neck, and your set. Then all you need is a bowler, platforms, and white eyes. Add floral arrangements to taste. -

Since Eggchair and I will be neighbors (or close to each other) we can open up both the Black Forest Biergarten AND the Spoon Return Center to this Ra$panation event.
